Cattleya Alliance: Cattleya Green Emerald 4N x Cattleya Mark Jones 'Lance'

Green Emerald (C. Elizabeth Mahon x C. Thospol Spot) is 10” tall with 5-6 green flowers densely spotted in burgundy with red lips and a hard substance.

Mark Jones (C. Caudebec x C. Fascelis) ‘Lance’ has full-shaped flowers, carried 7-9 per stem. It has surprisingly wide petals, olive-green color with dark amethyst spots, and a broad red lip.

Green flowers with burgundy spots and a red lip are the goal here. These will be summer bloomers.

This is a seedling about 3 years to blooming size in a 4.5" clay pot

This plant is NOT currently in bud or flowering now. We will select a healthy, mature size plant similar to the sample photo. Plant will NOT have buds/blooms. May have new growth or spike, not guaranteed.
