We guarantee a healthy plant on arrival, once you receive the plant you purchased safely, we do not accept requests for exchanges, returns or refunds. Therefore, all sales made through our online store are final.

We cannot guarantee buds or flowers. Plants described as being in sheath, spike, bud, or bloom are in such stages when shipped from our place. ย While we pack all plants with extreme care, the shipping process may affect these stages. There are chances that the buds or flowers could dry up or withered in the transit during shipping, this is normal because of the stress of the plant in a closed environment, however the plant will arrive in healthy conditions.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to the nature of our products. Due to sanitary concerns we don't accept plants that leave our growing conditions and are away under different situations or stress.

However, if you need assistance with an orchid you are interested in, and want us to send you the exact photo of the orchid you will be purchasing, please let us know we can help you clarify your doubt and questions.

We take great care in packing plants; however, very occasionally, damage occurs in transit that is beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, keep all of your packing materials, and contact USPS within 24 hours with your tracking number, take a picture of the damage as that may be necessary when you are filing a claim with USPS.
If your package appears to be delivered but you don't receive it, is lost or stolen, please file a complain with USPS or the police.
All our packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail with insurance included $100.

- ย ย If you live in an area with temps under 55F (day or night) we recommend adding a heat pack.
- ย ย If any forecast weather temps are below 40F, a heat pack is a must!! to be under the live plant guarantee protection.
- ย ย Most simply, if your weather is under 40F and you add no heat pack to your shopping cart = therefore you are not covered by the live plant guarantee (you are buying at your own risk).
- ย ย While we take great care in packing our plants, if we recommend adding a heat pack to your shipment and you decline, we will not guarantee a healthy plant on arrival.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to check the expected delivery date using the tracking number provided in the email sent after order confirmation, to ensure that someone will be available to receive the package.
- If the buyer will be unavailable to receive his or her order, after placing the order, due to vacation, holidays, or any other emergency, contact us to delay shipment:
- We will not be responsible for any package shipped while the Buyer was away on holiday without written notification (email) to hold shipment until the Buyer's return.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to check the 10 days weather forecast for his or her location, if you foresee any freezing temperatures, please add a heat pack ( shipping warmers up to 5 ย days) or ask us to hold the package until the weather improves.
