Your order will be scheduled for shipping next Monday via USPS. Before shipment, we need to ensure that the orchids are adequately dried in preparation for the packaging process. Therefore:

  • Orders placed from Monday through Friday will be shipped next Monday.
  • Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week's Monday, unless expedited shipping is requested.
  • If Monday is a holiday, your order will be shipped on either Tuesday or Friday.
  • FREE SHIPPING* Promotion is only valid for USPS Priority Mail.
  • We reserve the right to ship your orchids bare root if necessary.

We are located in the USA, therefore we ship within the USA and its territories using exclusively USPS services. If you don't see your state or country listed during the checkout process, we don't ship there. We do not ship internationally.

We guarantee the health of the orchids upon arrival if the package remains intact during transit. However, please note that we make no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the productivity of any plant sold as a result of this or any other offering.

  • If you receive a damaged package—whether broken, cracked, shattered, crushed, ruined, wrecked, or dilapidated—due to USPS handling; please refuse acceptance upon delivery. Kindly inform the mailman or postmaster of your decision to return the package to the sender due to its condition. Upon receiving the returned orchids, we will process your refund.
  • If you receive your package in good condition but encounter any issues with your plants, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be honored, as we cannot control the plant's growing conditions once it leaves our facility.

We may update pricing and/or product information on this website without prior notification, at our discretion, at any given time.

We make every effort to fulfill all orders and ensure the availability of our products. However, We reserve the right to cancel without prior notification, at our discretion, at any given time. This allows us to promptly address unforeseen circumstances that may affect the fulfillment process.

We shall assume responsibility solely for the purchase price of each plant sold. We provide no explicit or implicit warranty concerning the productivity of any plants sold through this or any other offering. If you have any concerns about the quality of the plants upon arrival, such as damages that occurred during shipping, and you opted for our Summer or Winter Protection Plan in conjunction with your orchid purchase in order to be covered by our Live Healthy Plant on Arrival Guarantee, it is essential to inform us within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot accommodate any requests made after this 24 hour period, as we are unable to control the plant's growing environment once it is no longer in our possession. Your timely notification allows us to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

We encourage customers to thoroughly review all orchid photos on the product detail page, as each actual orchid is photographed from various angles to help you make an informed purchasing decision. As a result, we regret to inform you that we do not accept requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds once you have safely received the plant you purchased.

We provide  representations of the flowers and orchid plants available for sale, whenever possible. However, it is essential to understand that natural genetic variations in hybrids or species orchids can lead to variations in colors, patterns, and sizes of the flowers and plants.

Orchids grown from seeds may exhibit genetic variations beyond our control. Unless specified in the product title that the orchid is a mericlone, which is an exact clone, the orchids for sale on our website are considered seed-grown plants. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the plants and/or flowers will be an exact match to the photos provided.

All bloom photos displayed on this website are intended for reference purposes, serving as examples of how the orchid may bloom. However, actual orchids on sell may vary in appearance due to natural growth patterns and genetics factors as all are grown from seed not mericlone.

Additionally, mechanical damages may occur during the repotting process, imports, or shipping, which can include dehydrated or broken leaves. Rest assured, we guarantee that the orchids we send out are healthy and alive upon arrival.

To clarify, a healthy living orchid is one that has the ability to produce new growth, leaves, and roots, and is therefore capable of flowering within the next one to two years. In the event that the orchid you receive shows some cosmetic or mechanical damage on its leaves, bulbs, and/or roots but still possesses the capacity to continue growing and developing over the years, we will still consider it a healthy living orchid. Consequently, we will not be able to accept any refund, return, or replacement requests based solely on such cosmetic or mechanical damages.

We source our orchids from nurseries located around the world. As you may be aware, the cultivation of orchids involves a significant amount of labor, making it susceptible to human errors. Consequently, there may be instances where a plant is inaccurately labeled or identified. Since we are not directly responsible for the orchid identification process, we would like to extend our sincere apologies if you encounter such a situation.

If you receive an orchid that is mislabeled or misidentified, we kindly request that you contact us promptly. We are committed to assisting you in resolving the matter in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding in such rare occurrences.

Furthermore, it's essential to clarify that this policy does not apply to orchid genetic variations resulting from seed-grown orchids. If you purchase an orchid identified as a semi-alba variant but it produces flowers of a different color, this is a normal occurrence when dealing with plants that are not identified as mericlones. In the case of seed-grown orchids, there may be genetic variation fluctuations, which do not fall under this policy. To provide a clearer example, our policy primarily pertains to situations involving different genera or species of orchids. For instance, if you purchase a Cattleya dowiana but receive a Cattleya warscewiczii instead, this is where our Return and Refund Policy would apply.
